Liability for content
The content of our website has been compiled with the utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee that the content is accurate, complete or up to date. As a service provider, we are liable for our own content on this website in accordance with Section 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and general legislation. However, under Sections 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we, as a service provider, are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. Should we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.
Liability for Links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. We are therefore unable to accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for any potential legal infringements at the time the links were created. No unlawful content was identifiable at the time the links were created. However, it is not reasonable to expect us to monitor the content of the linked pages on an ongoing basis without specific evidence of a legal infringement. Should we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
Note on the use of AI
All texts were written by people. AI was used in some cases for abridgements, resulting rewording and the drafting of headings. All photographs were taken by people. Some of the images featured in the final-year projects may have been created using AI. Relevant information on this can be found in the final exhibition.
